Hands down the best experience I’ve had with junk removal so-far! We hired them to cleanout a house that we were renting and had to leave on short notice. The owner Dan and his worker Jimmy showed up as scheduled. We had more junk that needed to be hauled away than what was originally quoted. Dan was professional and advised us there was going to have to be a price increase than originally negotiated. Overland did a fantastic cleanup job hauling some debris and lumber away The spot they cleaned up looks the best it ever has, they left only soil where there once was a huge debris pile. The whole process from communicating with Dan to the work being done was timely, responsive and professional. To top it off Overlands prices are very reasonable.
