How Property Management Works
- After learning more about the junk you need removed from the property, we’ll clear up truck space and head on over. We will be there during the provided 2-hour arrival window.
- Once we’ve reviewed all the junk and prepared an upfront quote, let us know if you’re okay with our asking price. If so, we’ll be able to start removing your junk right away.
- Junk removal is our specialty, so stand back as we handle all the heavy lifting for you. In addition, we can also sweep up and reposition items on the property.
- Finally, we’ll collect your payment. We accept cash, check, and card payments in addition to Apple Pay and Venmo payments.
Office Clean Out Services in Sonoma County, CA

Moving out of a home is incredibly challenging both emotionally and financially. When a junk removal company quoted me more than I could afford, I turned to Google. Fortunately, Overland Hauling and Junk Removal appeared right after the ads. As an introvert, I prefer emailing from the company’s website. Within minutes, Dan emailed me back asking for photos. I sent him pictures of my mess, and he assured me it was easy and promised to beat the quote. Dan’s quick and excellent customer service convinced me, and knowing his company was veteran-owned made my choice even easier. I come from a military family and always try to support where I can. Dan and Justin (sorry if I messed up the names!) showed up early, got the dreaded purple mattress out first, and quickly tackled my leftovers. I returned about 50 minutes later and caught them sweeping! They really treated the space as their own and took care of everything that needed to be done. I felt very comfortable with them, and my dog loved them too. If you’re curious about an item or haven’t ventured into your “everything hides in here” shed, get a quote from Overland Hauling! I contacted Overland to see if they could remove a 7′ x 12′ swim spa from our house in West Sonoma County. They quoted a fair rate, and were able to get us on their schedule in less than a week. I needed a bunch of stuff taken away on the side of my house and an old shed cleared out. I called up and talked with Dan. The experience couldn’t have been any easier. Dan was up front about pricing and did just what he said he would do. My place looks great. On top of that there were some old tools I forgot about and he set them aside for me. These guys are fantastic!! My brother passed away and left behind his home and rental properties in Sebastopol. They made time to come out, meet with me, discard trash from the property. Offer a “bundle” for multiple trips and advice as for other items that needed discarding. Highly recommend!!!!

This was my very first time getting rid of a mattress and I wasn’t too sure how to go about it so I did some google search around my area and I saw Overland Hauling. They are based in Santa Rosa but goes everywhere. Dan and his brother (lol I forgot his name) was amazing and very friendly especially Dan when I called to set my appointment. He answered all my questions over the phone. They came in 15 minutes and was gone within minutes. Very nice guys!. THE BEST!! I have used Overland Hauling on at least four separate occasions at two locations in the past month. My jobs ranged from complete demolition of a custom built backyard shed and removal of it, and its contents, backlog of recycling materials, and moving materials, couches, cat trees, donation items, electrical materials, you name it! I selected Overland Hauling because of their veteran status and because they promised fast service.They are not only timely and neat, they are quiet, courteous, professional, friendly, and resourceful. Dan with Overland Hauling was wonderful! He was flexible with scheduling, patient with my timing needs and a total professional maneuvering his truck and trailer down our one way narrow lane and driveway. He and Jim were friendly and completely unfazed by our mountain of yard detritus, kid stuff and furniture that we needed loaded and hauled. Dan went above and beyond to fit additional oversized items that we discovered last minute and even sawed apart and hauled away our huge rusted trampoline. He was reasonable and honest about a time frame for the job, then ended up being available early and got the job done a day ahead of schedule. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with junk removal so-far! We hired them to cleanout a house that we were renting and had to leave on short notice. They were able to show up the next day and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! We were able to leave the keys in a secure location for them and they sent us progress photos along the way. They even swept-up the construction debris from the drywall repair and leaf-blew the yard!I would absolutely recommend that anyone use this local veteran owned business!

Overland Hauling and Junk Removal and its owner, Dan Dempsey, and his crew, are amazing.Dan arrived on time. He took a look at what needed to be removed from our junk laden garage and several piles of trash in our back yard and gave me a price which I thought was astonishingly low.I said, “Let’s do it.”Dan backed his truck and trailer though our driveway gate and starting loading. When everything was loaded on the trailer, he started sweeping up the places which had been obscured by the junk. The owner Dan and his worker Jimmy showed up as scheduled. We had more junk that needed to be hauled away than what was originally quoted. Dan was professional and advised us there was going to have to be a price increase than originally negotiated. Both of those men worked very hard and were extremely efficient with the second load to keep the price very reasonable. I cannot express or begin to praise the overall experience and service they provided. TOP NOTCH!!!!

Overland did a fantastic cleanup job hauling some debris and lumber away The spot they cleaned up looks the best it ever has, they left only soil where there once was a huge debris pile. The whole process from communicating with Dan to the work being done was timely, responsive and professional. To top it off Overlands prices are very reasonable.
